This board is similar to both the Popster and the Whiplash models but has the deepest concave and widest nose of the three. It has been developed along with Jake Spooner a former top ten professional surfer who I first started making boards for in the early 80s. Through Jakes professional career we made lots of hybrids and he competed on this type of board way before they became fashionable. He scored victories over Tom Curran; Rob Machado and many other big names riding these surfboards. It's extremely fast and stable in bigger sections. It can be surfed vertically as well.
"This model is more of a hybrid than the other models. I combined my single fin and old twin fin templates to get the 13'' nose looking good and put the wide point 2'' forward. It's extremely loose off the front foot and is multidirectional. The deep concave drives it through the deadest sections.
Ryan Squires one of my longest standing team riders has been riding twin and thrusters hybrids we have developed and says this one is the best one yet. It should be ridden 2 to 4 inches smaller than a traditional short board but 1/8'' thicker and 1'' wider. It can be ridden as a thrusters or a quad.

All surfboards are custom made and take approx 3-4 weeks to make
